Adam Ragab, MRICS

Adam has 8 years’ experience in real estate, which includes his employment at Colliers in Vienna and in the banking sector as a valuer. He has been responsible for steering real estate market research teams in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro, Serbia and Slovenia.
He has been leading the asset management and valuations departments of an Austrian-based wind-down entity in Montenegro; being responsible for the asset management, property management, sales and valuation of a 300 million Euros portfolio of distressed assets.
He has special interest in development properties and spatial planning. He gained extensive international experience throughout his career, he is fluent in English and German, and has been active professionally in the CEE/SEE region, since 2011.
Following his studies in Hungary and Germany and MSc degree in Engineering and Management, he mastered by research at Oxford Brookes University, UK in Urban design. He has been a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) since 2013.
